1. All successful reservations made through Romemotion.com network will be confirmed by ourselves via e-mail to the address you have provided

2. Your credit card details are ONLY required to guarantee reservation of vehicle. You will pay the driver upon arrival in cash or by credit card (10% supplement will apply for credit card payments). Secure Server SSL.

3. Our price includes parking and waiting up to one hour after the flight has landed.

4. No show fee will apply (full transfer charge) if the driver doesn’t find you and you have NOT called our customer care telephone number to advise of any changes or problem you have.

5. We do monitor all flights therefore your pickup will be guaranteed even in case of major delays. Although it is highly advised to call our customer care telephone number to advise of any major changes.

6. If you cannot find the driver at the meeting point, please give us a ring otherwise NO SHOW fee (full transfer charge) will be charged on your credit card.

7. 10 euro supplement will be applied for night service (between 22:00 to 07:00)

8. We suggest you to call us for bookings made within 24 hours from pick up time.
